Autoprovisioning
DCN solutions support protocols that make it easier for administrators to connect new devices to the carrier's network. By using DHCP 66/67, DCN devices can download configuration files or software from an external server.

QinQ
DCN solutions, depending on the series, support at least two types of tagging mechanisms. Basic QinQ, Selective QinQ, and Flexible QinQ can be configured on switches. This makes it possible to transport customer traffic on the operator's network.
